There were many elements to this GlaxoSmithKline programme, one being the Hunter Valley Day which you managed on our behalf for the entire group (280 participants). This was a complex day, comprising morning tea, entertainment, lunch, afternoon tea with wine tasting, concluding with a Gala Dinner - with a large number of suppliers involved. As a result of your efficiency and attention to detail, this day ran flawlessly. Your friendly confidence put everyone at ease, suppliers and clients alike, and it was a delight for all concerned to work with such a professional.

What a wonderful experience!  All my staff agreed it was the best part of our two day trip to the Hunter Valley.  There was definitely something for everyone.

Gus is such a good facilitator, he kept everyone engaged (which I know isn’t easy!) and it all running smoothly.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, we all had a truly brilliant time!

Our event was really well run, with flexibility from Louise on the format & costing through to Peree’s management of the logistics.

The actual night itself was a huge success.  Our team was really impressed; the consensus was “that’s the best event we’ve ever had at a conference”.  The addition of an actor to host the evening was well worth it, as was the fantastic participation & instruction from the chef.  
I would absolutely recommend Hunter Valley Events and Hands on with a Chef for a brilliant team building experience – it was just good fun really!

The team had a fabulous time.  From Gus' information about the Hunter to the activities and skits everything was perfect. Initially, people had reservations about the grape stomping and spitting and now it has become a highlight of the trip.  Everybody loved the activities and it was a real hoot to watch!  I cant wait to see the photos.

I'm just getting back into the swing of things here and wanted to send through an email to thank you guys so much for our "Trading Team Olympics" on Saturday.  You have no idea how much fun everyone had.  I'm sure Gus has told about the afternoon but the guys here have not stopped raving, complimenting and talking about the afternoon.  It was more awesome than I thought it was going to be.  I'm just so stoked as to how well it all went off and how every single person got so into it - sporty or not.  It honestly could not have been better.  The names, costumes and awards all helped top the afternoon off!

So thank you, thank you, thank you…..I just can't say it enough.  You guys are brilliant and I'm certainly spreading your name around the whole of Sydney!!!

Will probably speak throughout the week but please pass on an enormous thank you to all the staff on the day…they really helped get everyone into it. I have some hilarious photos that I will send through - not sure if they are good or bad advertising for you!!!  Pink tights and feathers everywhere!!!  If you have some goodies I'd love to see them too.

Once again, I can't thank you enough - you guys are awesome!

Just a brief note to let you know how much we all enjoyed our Monday afternoon at the Stockton Sand Dunes and then our themed Bollywood dinner just finished the day off perfectly.  Everyone had a wonderful time and I received a lot of comments from people saying that they hadn’t laughed that much in a very long time.  All the performers were truly excellent and Andrew Elliott is not only a fabulous magician but hilarious along with it.

A big thank you also to Peree for helping to make the afternoon and evening such a huge success.  Thank you once again for a very well run, enjoyable, fun afternoon and evening.

I have never received such great feedback especially after the team activity & dinner. They had a FANTASTIC time.   We would rate "Extremely Satisfied" on all counts!!

In addition to being a very well-organized event, we are very grateful that you've been very responsive to a number of last minute changes including adding our VIP to the dinner and having the bus arrive 40 minutes early.  I hear Gus was a terrific host and provided a number of interesting stories on the Hunter Valley.  The team enjoyed every minute of it ; and given the feedback i have received and not to mention the pleasant interaction and co-operation  I had in organizing this with you and your team, I will always think of HVE the next time anyone asks me for a recommendation at Hunter Valley.

I just wanted to thank you for the great team building afternoon you provided us at Bimbadgen Estate.I think everyone had guessed that we were off to a vineyard when the bus arrived however they had no idea of the fun and games ahead.  The outdoor games were a great way to get everyone warm and relaxed and then off to the wine tasting, blending etc.  Our Marketing team really let their creative juices flow with the labeling, presenting etc. and all in all everyone just had a great time.Hands on Blending was everything I expected and more.

A great team activity co-ordinated in a highly professional manner. Again, many thanks Louise and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
