Inbound Incentive Programme

A day tour especially designed for Inbound Incentive groups will showcase the Food, Wine and Regional Lifestyle that the Hunter Valley is renowned for.

We will entertain you, educate you, thrill you and send you away full of our fine wares and produce.

After an 0830 departure from Sydney, you will arrive in The Hunter Valley and for the next two hours be immersed in a range of activities, before heading into a Winery venue for a gourmet lunch perfectly matched with fine Hunter Wine.

Activities

Wine Games

  • Grape Stomping - Take off your shoes and socks, and jump into the barrel for a grape stomping photograph.
  • Grape Throwing - Try your luck at grape throwing and see if you can hit the life sized target.
  • Wine Spitting - Learn to ‘spit’ wine – just like the Winemakers do so well!

Wine Class

Our Cellar Master will introduce you to the Hunter Valley’s famous wines, taking care to match the chosen wines to the international visitors taste.

In a classroom style set up, you will learn how to smell and taste like the Winemakers do. Following the structured tasting, the Cellar Door will be opened up for you to taste any of the many wines that the winery produces.

Wines will be served on corporate branded individualised souvenir wine mat with explanations of the wine (translated)
