Event Management

With over 25 years experience in event management, coupled with our invaluable local knowledge, we are able to manage your event from start to finish or anything in between. Our experienced event managers can be on-site during the delivery of the event, so you can relax and enjoy the occassion.

Audio Visual & Technical support

We work with a number of locally based AV companies and technicians that can help create and/or support your event program. Whether you are after a simple PA systems or a fully blown WOW factor light show, we can source the right solution for you and manage the delivery of the service for your event.

Speakers and Entertainers

We are able to source local speakers and performers eg. Wine Makers, Business Personalities, Local Government Representatives and Hunter based bands and entertainers.

Transport

A range of transport options can be arranged for any event movement. Coach transfers from Sydney/Newcastle or around the area, VIP luxury vehicles, fun incentive options such as old trams or harley davisons - these are all options that are available locally.
